Why More Players Are Looking Beyond the Best-Known Padel Brands

Since 2018, we have been building Pure32 as a Dutch padel brand with our own vision on design, playing feel and product development.

What we love to see is that more and more padel players are willing to look beyond the well-known brands.

Because in the end, you don’t play with a logo. You play with a racket that needs to feel right and suit the way you play.

With more than 30 years of experience in racket sports, we don’t simply follow trends when developing our rackets. Instead, we prefer to ask ourselves one simple question:

Does it genuinely add something to the product and the playing experience?

You can see that philosophy reflected in our own moulds, our distinctive 32 mm concept and the choices we make regarding weight, balance and manoeuvrability.

Not because different automatically means better, but because not every player is looking for the same thing.

Some players prefer the familiarity of a racket from a well-known brand. Others are happy to look a little further and may discover a racket that suits their game even better.

What we perhaps appreciate most is that many customers return to Pure32 after buying their first racket. To us, that is a great sign that choosing a lesser-known brand is not just driven by curiosity, but by genuine appreciation for the playing feel and the product itself.

The Pure32 Type P32 and Type P38 are good examples of this philosophy. Thanks to its 32 mm profile, the P32 has a direct and highly manoeuvrable character. The P38, on the other hand, has been developed as a comfortable and versatile all-round racket.

So the next time you choose a new padel racket, consider looking beyond just the name on the racket.
